The free shipping offers only apply to the 48 contiguous states. This does not include Alaska or Hawaii.
No free shipping for International orders.

What is Sportsmith return policy?

Sportsmith.com has a specific return policy. Customers may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, it's necessary to contact Customer Service to get an RMA number. The customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses. When items are received and determined to be in "sold as new" condition, credit for the item will be issued.

If a shipment arrives damaged or if there is damage to the box, it must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Note damage on the bill of lading and have the driver sign it to acknowledge the damage. Contact Sportsmith Customer Service within 5 days of receipt to begin the claim process. Save the box and merchandise for inspection.

Some parts/products and special ordered items are non-returnable. These items are marked as such on the Website. Overlays cannot be returned if the peel-off backing has been removed. They must be in "sold as new" condition.

All discrepancies in shipments must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment. To report a discrepancy, please contact a Customer Service Representative.

Please note that some products may not be returnable for credit. See the Return Policy for more information. Reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days from the day on which the returned Goods are received. The same means of payment as used for the Order will be used, and no fees will be incurred for such reimbursement.
